TERMS OF SERVICE

  1. About BoardQBank
    BoardQBank is operated by KINARVA BOARDQBANK INC. We provide online educational resources, question banks and mock examinations for examination preparation.

  2. Packages and access
    Your purchase includes the examination, content, features and access duration described on the product page and confirmed in your order. Access begins when the purchased package is activated and ends after its stated duration. Only content included in your selected package is provided.

  3. Member accounts
    Provide an accurate email address when purchasing and registering. Access is for the individual member who purchased the package. Keep your login details confidential. Account sharing, resale and transferring access to another person are prohibited.

  4. Payments
    Payments are processed through our Shopify checkout and its supported payment providers. Prices, currency and applicable taxes are displayed before purchase. Any recurring charges must be clearly disclosed and agreed to before checkout.

  5. Access assistance
    If payment succeeds but you cannot access your package, contact board.qbanks@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email address. Do not send your password or full payment-card details.

  6. Returns and refunds
    Purchases are subject to our published Return and Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits refund, cancellation or other rights provided by applicable consumer-protection laws.

  7. Permitted use
    Materials are provided for personal study. You may not copy, distribute, publish, sell, scrape or otherwise reproduce our question banks, explanations or mock examinations without written permission. Do not attempt to bypass security or access restrictions.

  8. Educational purpose
    Our materials support examination preparation. They do not constitute medical advice or replace official examination guidance, professional training or clinical judgment. Purchasing or completing a package does not guarantee an examination result, licence or employment.

  9. Service availability
    Maintenance or technical problems may temporarily interrupt access. Contact us about interruptions affecting your purchased service so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.

  10. Account restrictions
    We may restrict access where there is reasonable evidence of account sharing, unauthorized copying, fraud or misuse. If you believe a restriction was applied incorrectly, contact us for review. Applicable consumer rights remain protected.

  11. Changes
    Updated terms will apply prospectively. Changes will not remove rights or materially reduce access already purchased without an appropriate remedy or agreement.
