SHIPPING AND DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

BoardQBank provides digital exam-preparation packages, question banks and mock examinations. No physical products are shipped, and no shipping fees apply.

Delivery
After successful payment confirmation, access is activated for the package purchased. Account setup or access instructions are sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Access duration
Your access lasts for the duration stated on the product page, starting when your package is activated. Available content depends on the package purchased.

Delivery assistance
If your access email has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder. If you still cannot access your package, email board.qbanks@gmail.com with your order number and purchase email address.

We will investigate missing access, incorrect package activation or delivery problems and help resolve them. If we cannot provide the purchased service, our Return and Refund Policy applies.
